I search online and find something likeĬan anybody tell me which value I need to modify or need to add the system properties so that the oculus thing/understannd that the initial controller setup is done. so I active the developer option and connect through ADB (platform tools). because I don't have a controller, the initial setup screen did not allow me to pass the initial setup screen without pairing the controller. I download the mobile app and follow the instruction.

Whether players are using the wireless Air Link connection or the Oculus Link wire, they will be able to access the full Rift game library by connecting their Quest 2 to their PC.I brought an oculus quest 2 used from eBay. To turn off Air Link, players just need to go to the same tabs they used to turn it on and toggle Air Link off by clicking the slider next to this option. This is done by going to the Air Link panel and selecting either dynamic or static Bitrate, then adjusting the slider. Players using the Air Link feature can also adjust their Bitrate as necessary. Players can confirm the code on the PC app, then go back to their headset and select 'Launch' to finish setting up the Air Link connection. There will be a code displayed on the Quest 2, and players will need to remove the headset to ensure it's the same code that's displayed on their PC.

With the Air Link option turned on for both the PC and the Quest 2 headset, the two devices can be paired. While using the headset, players can find their PC on the list of available devices and select the 'Pair' option.
